- DELIVERY TIME: Please allow 4 –6 weeks for delivery of the items, although often the “turn-around” time is much less than this.
- PAYMENT METHOD: We accept Visa and MasterCard in both the USA & Canada, and AmEx and Discover in USA only. If you do not have a credit card, ask a friend or please place a special order by phoning our head office at 1-250-765-9286.
- ORDER STATUS: We will check on the status of an order ONLY if it has been OVER 4 weeks since it was placed. Please email the customer name, phone#, order# and order date to usaresourcexpmedia.com or for Canadian orders email that order info to resourcexpmedia.com.

- FAULTY PRODUCT or ERROR in ORDER: Please email customer name/phone#/order# & details to usaresourcexpmedia.com. If the Glory School MP3’s won’t play, check that your CD player is MP3 compatible or use your computer to listen to them.
- MP3 DOWNLOADS: If you are having MP3 download problems, email order # and details to usaresourcexpmedia.com. MP3 sales are non-refundable.
- ITEM AVAILABILITY: Some items may not be available in all countries – you may place an order from a different country, but the order will be billed and shipped from that country, possibly resulting in higher shipping costs.
- ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO EXISTING ORDER: Due to the automated process, we cannot do this, so a new order will need to be placed.
- SHIPPING CHARGES: are averages based on weight categories and distances shipped and include handling fees.
- RESOURCES MENTIONED ON TV or MEDIA CLIPs: If you do not know the item name, we cannot help you. We have too many clips and TV shows mentioning various resources - please review the clip online.

- PHYSICAL CATALOG: We do not produce a physical resource catalog, due to the ever-changing inventory.
- DECREE BOOK vs. DECREE CD: The book is a collection of Scripture by subject in 12 chapters. The CD has Patricia reading 8 chapters, with 4 additional scripture songs by Heather Clark.
- DECREE CD vs DECREE FOR KIDS CD: The kids version has background music by Steve Swanson, with scriptural decrees in easier-to-understand language for children.
- PROPHETIC BOOTCAMP vs SCHOOL OF EXTREME PROPHETIC: The PB teaching is a “primer” for learning the basics of listening to God & giving a prophetic word. The SoEP teaching contains some of the same material, but not in as much detail, and then has additional teaching on taking the prophetic “out to the streets”.
- GLORY SCHOOL: We offer this teaching as MP3 on a single CD, in an 18 disc CD and DVD set, and as downloadble single teachings. The SINGLE MP3 disc will work either on your computer or on a dual CD/MP3 player - they will NOT work on a regular CD player.
- GLORY TO GLORY SCHOOL: There is no product available regarding this school.
- TEACHING MANUALS: Some of the teaching series have accompanying manuals, but they are in note form, and not “stand-alone” reading material.
- ARTWORK is not framed nor matted and is shipped with protection against bending.
- BLANKETS: We cannot special order colors and patterns - these will depend on availability.
